<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein, if an LED is used as a lamp for an automobile, since it does not have a thermal energy sufficient for generating heat of an outer lens, snow adhering to a lamp of the automobile, in particular, a fog lamp and a stop lamp of the automobile, does not melt and prevents visibility in a snowfall area. <P>SOLUTION: The LED lamp 1 has an outer lens 2 which is constructed of glass and resin formed by mixing a transparent material 20 that generates heat by absorbing optical energy, and an automobile lamp using the LED lamp 1 is also provided.
