<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting a fungus belonging to genus Hamigera and a fungus belonging to genus Cladosporium, by which the fungus belonging to the genus Hamigera and the fungus belonging to the genus Cladosporium can specifically and quickly be detected: to provide a DNA for detection, used therefor: and to provide an oligonucleotide for detection. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is the method for detecting the fungus belonging to the genus Hamigera and/or the fungus belonging to the genus Cladosporium, comprising identifying the fungus belonging to the genus Hamigera and/or the fungus belonging to the genus Cladosporium with a nucleic acid represented by a specific base sequence or its complementary sequence or by the base sequence or its complementary sequence in which one or more bases are deleted, replaced or added and which can be used for detecting the fungus belonging to the genus Hamigera and/or the fungus belonging to the genus Cladosporium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
