<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio terminal device that suppresses load on a processor and report measurement information with high precision to a base station according to need. <P>SOLUTION: Communication environment information on environment of communication with base stations 20-1 to 20-n is measured and when the base station of connection destination among the base stations 20-1 to 20-n issues a request to periodically report the communication environment information with predetermined response cycles, intervals of measurement of the communication environment information are changed according to the response cycles to report the measured communication environment information by a radio signal to the base station of the connection destination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
