PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double row ball bearing of which torque is small and a pinion shaft support device for a vehicle of which operation cost is low.

SOLUTION: A radial wall thickness of a first annular part 80 at an upstream side of a flow of a lubricating oil of a first cage 40 is thicker than that of a second annular part 91 at a downstream side of the flow of a second cage 41 positioned at a downstream side of the flow from the first cage 40.
