PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a substrate with pattern having a surface in excellent liquid repelling property with a simple technique.

SOLUTION: In the fluorine-containing compound layer laminated film, the fluorine-containing compound layer overlies a support film. The fluorine-containing compound layer comprises a composition containing 30-100 mass% of fluorine-containing compound and has a lamination amount of 1-40 mm3per 1 m2of the support film.
