<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-mold metal pulley capable of reducing costs without waste of a material. <P>SOLUTION: This metal pulley comprises a bottom plate, a ring-like outer peripheral wall standing at its outer peripheral edge, and a ring-like inner peripheral wall standing concentrically with the outer peripheral wall inside the outer peripheral wall. A coil arrangement space is provided between the outer peripheral wall and the inner peripheral wall, an insertion space, in which the other member can be inserted, is provided inside the inner peripheral wall, and a guide groove for hooking a belt is provided on an outer periphery of the outer peripheral wall. A metal flat plate is subjected to press-processing, so as to mold the bottom plate, the ring-like outer peripheral wall, the ring-like inner peripheral wall, the coil arrangement space, and the insertion space. A metal plate for increasing thickness is press-fitted with the bottom plate of the coil arrangement space and polymerized, so as to increase the thickness of a substrate. In this case, an auxiliary metal plate with good conductivity can be put between the bottom plate and the metal plate for increasing the thickness, so as to perform polymerization. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
