PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector type optical fiber which can accurately specify the region which is to be covered by an electromagnetic absorption member. SOLUTION: The LC connector type optical fiber 10 includes: an optical fiber 3; and an optical connector housing at least a part of which is composed of a conductive body (LC connector 1, a rubber fuse 2, a ferrule 4, a spring 5, a bolt 6 and a metallic cylinder 7) which covers and protects a region of a prescribed length from the end of the optical fiber 3 and detachably mounts the end of the optical fiber 3 at a prescribed position of an optical communication module. Rings 8a, 8b and 8c which designate the regions to be covered by the electromagnetic absorption member are provided on the outer face of the optical connector housing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
