PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood flow analyzer which can provide an indication which quantitatively expresses the hemodynamics without measuring the artery TIC of a subject. SOLUTION: The blood flow analyzer 10 analyzes a time intensity curve (TIC) for each of the pixels or the regions of interest of the image of a time series which is collected by time coursely imaging a desired section of a subject by a medical modality 11 by giving labeled substance to the blood of the subject P. The blood flow analyzer 10 includes means (22) for calculating a parameter which expresses hemodynamics peculiar to tissue only based on the time intensity curve (TIC:Ci (t)) of the measured tissue of the subject P, as a blood flow volume (FLOWratio) based on the ratio of the maximum rising gradient (US) of the time intensity curve (TIC:Ci (t)) of the tissue to the maximum rising gradient (USref) of a reference portion, and also includes means (22, 26) for visually presenting calculation results by the calculation means.
