PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instruction manual surely informing users on skills for surely dying or decoloring the whole hair, and to provide a hair-dying kit comprising the instruction manual. SOLUTION: The instruction manual comprises a first part 141 showing a step of discharging a mixture liquid of a first agent and a second agent in a foam and applying it to the hair, a second part 142 showing a step of foaming the foam applied to the hair again, and a third part 143 showing a step of keeping the foam applied to the hair foamed again. Illustrations 41-43 are put in the first part 141 and photographs 44-47 (including an illustration 45) are put in the second part 142 and the third part 143. The photographs 44-47 of the second part 142 and the third part 143 comprise the plurality of photographs 44, 46 and 47 and, in the photographs 44, 46 and 47, the foam amount of the last one of the operation procedure is larger than that of the first one of the operation procedure.
