PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route searching device allowing for moving to an objective place interested by an end user, leading the movement to an environmental preservation activity in real time through carbon offset, and delivering the information providing an environmental countermeasure. SOLUTION: The method includes preparing at least one route satisfying a route searching condition received by an information processing terminal and information delivery enterpriser identifying information to identify an information delivery enterpriser; computing a discharge amount of greenhouse gas emitted when the route is used per route; transmitting a route searching result containing the route and the discharge amount to the information processing terminal; receiving a route selection requirement from the information processing terminal; paying off the discharge amount by subtracting a discharge amount corresponding to the selected route from a discharge quota amount stored in a storage section corresponding to the information delivery enterpriser identified by the information delivery enterpriser identifying information; and transmitting the charge-off result to the information processing terminal.
