<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for molding a non-pneumatic tire which contributes to an improved durability of the non-pneumatic tire, a simplified production process, and an improved productivity and a method for production of the non-pneumatic tire. <P>SOLUTION: The mold is used for molding a non-pneumatic tire which is constituted of an inner ring part, an outer ring part and a plurality of connecting parts connecting the inner ring part and the outer ring part. The mold is provided with an inner molding mold 12, an outer molding mold 13, a plurality of first molding molds 11 and a plurality of second molding molds 21. The first molding molds 11 and the second molding molds 21 face and are paired with each other across the width of the tire. In a closed state a second molding mold 21 contacts with a paired first molding mold 11 at least at one surface and contacts another adjacent paired first molding mold 11 the circumferentially in the tire at least at one surface. Hollow parts corresponding to the connecting parts are each independent circumferentially and widthways in the tire. The regions of the hollow parts splitted circumferentially in the tire and are constitutionally out of line with each other circumferentially in the tire. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
