<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable composition having excellent coating characteristics, moldability and curability in active energy ray irradiation, and giving a cured product excellent in dimensional stability, flexibility and extensibility. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable composition comprises a cationic polymerizable group-containing urethane oligomer (A), a cationic photopolymerization initiator (B), and a cationically polymerizable compound (C) having no urethane bond. In particular, the active energy ray-curable composition is free from curing inhibition by oxygen during active energy ray irradiation, and exhibits excellent curability.
