PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables continuous manufacturement, by a series of processes without a specifically tailored envelope or the like, a pseudo-adhesion sealed matter which is constituted of four or more sheets, therefore, has a considerable amount of information, and can be opened at an optional page. SOLUTION: In a large-sized original paper 10 for forming one sealed unit by overlapping all pages constituting the pseudo-adhesion sealed matter in the lateral direction and for overlapping a plurality of the sealed units in the vertical direction, there are provided a pseudo-adhesive applying process for applying a pseudo-adhesive 2 capable of obtaining peelable adhesive strength in a prescribed pseudo-adhesion region on the paper surface of the original paper which has passed through a printing process, a folding process C for overlapping all constituting pages by folding at a plurality of folding sides a plurality of times in the lateral direction, a full slit process D for cutting and removing all paper positioned ahead of an edge (b) of the rearmost paper, and a half slit process for cutting and removing only a part of sheets of paper in the surface side, leaving at least the lowest paper or one or more sheets of paper overlapping thereon.
