PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus with a fastener not only surely attachable to a belt loop of an apparatus body and not easily coming off, but also extremely easily detached therefrom. SOLUTION: In an upper body part 3 of a foldable cellular phone 1, fastener members 13 and 14 of which the respective tip parts 13B and 14B are engaged with each other for locking the cellular phone 1 to a belt loop part 23 are arranged, and the fastener member 13 is rotatably journaled to a shaft 3D at a base part 13A and brought into a locked state by making a lock rod 16 abut on a lock projecting part 13C. Since the lock rod 16 is attracted to an electromagnet and moved by driving the electromagnet 19 arranged in a case, and the locked state between the lock projecting part 13C and the lock rod 16 is terminated, the fastener member 13 becomes rotatable, and the tip part 13B is rotated upward to allow the fastener member 13 to be pulled out from the belt through part 23.
