The element (1) has a separation guide (6) arranged and formed such that the separation guide is stretched and swiveled against spring action and relative to a relaxed condition when an end (8) of the guide is connected with an overvoltage-limiting element (3) i.e. double resistor by a soldered connection (9). The end of the guide executes both a linear movement in a direction of another end (7) of the guide and a swiveling movement while separating a solder joint. A plastic laterally spacing wall is present between the former end of the guide and a connecting tongue (12).
