The station (1) has a set of color-combinable monitors (5) for a softproof system for visualization of softproofs serving as color-combinable reference for printing copies (4) printed in a printing process, where each of the color-combinable monitor is designed as multi-spectral screen with more than three individually controllable color channels. The multi-spectral screen represents colors by an additives mixture of more than three primary valences. A standard light source (6) illuminates the printing copy and/or the color-combinable monitors by standard light.
