The distributor has multiple working elements (1.3-n.3) that are arranged on single drives (1-n) which follow law of motion. Each single drive has an intermediate voltage circuit (1.4-n.4) which is connected together for energy exchange. The law of motion is provided such that the moment distributions of the single drives form a resulting moment distribution. The working element (3.3) is designed as a stack elevating device. The law of motion of single drives raises or lowers a sheet stack continuously.
