<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoformed polyurethane foam which is reduced in occurrence of a diamine compound and a method for producing the polyurethane foam. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a foamed polyurethane for thermoforming comprises a foaming step and a drying step, and the thermoforming polyurethane foam produced thereby has a water content of ≤1 mass%. The method for producing a thermoformed polyurethane foam is provided with a thermoforming step to perform the thermoforming of the polyurethane foam for thermoforming.
