<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication method capable of reducing interference to an adjacent channel, or the like and capable of optimizing the entire throughput in an uplink of a radio communication system, and to provide a radio communication system and a radio communication device. <P>SOLUTION: The radio communication method includes: a first control step of allowing a radio base station to acquire a value indicating a first signal quality of a radio signal transmitted from a radio communication terminal, and allowing the radio communication terminal to control a transmission power for transmitting the radio signal to the radio base station, based on the received value indicating the first signal quality; and a second control step of allowing the radio base station to acquire a value indicating a second signal quality of the radio signal transmitted from the radio communication terminal, and allowing the radio communication terminal to reduce the transmission power controlled by the first control step, based on the received value indicating the second signal quality when the value indicating the second signal quality is equal to or smaller than that indicating the first signal quality. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
