<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photopolymerizable composition which cures with high sensitivity, is excellent in removability of an uncured part, has good pattern forming property in alkali development, and enables to form a colored pattern excellent in adhesion to a support, to provide a color filter obtained using the photopolymerizable composition, a method for manufacturing the color filter, and a solid-state image pickup device, and to provide a lithographic printing plate precursor having high sensitivity, excellent in temporal stability and printing durability, and free of a residual film. <P>SOLUTION: The photopolymerizable composition includes (A) a radical polymerizable compound represented by general formula (1) and (B) a photopolymerization initiator, wherein A represents a (n+1)-valent organic linking group; X represents S or N-R, R represents H or a monovalent organic group; Y represents carboxy or a monovalent organic group having a sulfonic acid group; n represents an integer of 2-11; and Z<SP>1</SP>and Z<SP>2</SP>each independently represent H or methyl. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
