MAINTENANCE SYSTEM OF IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, CENTRAL MANAGEMENT DEVICE, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS AND SUPPORT INFORMATION SELECTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance system with a central management device, which selects maintenance services in consideration of internal information and user's emotional condition when an image forming apparatus fails.

SOLUTION: The maintenance system of an image forming apparatus is connected to a support center (central management device) through a network or a telephone line. When a failure in the image forming apparatus is reported to the support center from a user, suitable maintenance services are selected on the basis of a result analyzing the internal information of the image forming apparatus at the support center and emotional condition information estimated from voice information of the user using the image forming apparatus.
