<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system, an information providing device, an information providing method, an information providing computer program and a computer-readable recording medium for achieving high efficiency of countermeasures against manufacture defects by a user, and for achieving the technology learning and skill-up (the degree of skill improvement) of the user. <P>SOLUTION: This information providing system for providing information for solving the problem to a user includes: a database device for storing information about the problem and solution information about the problem in association with each other; and a computer device configured to, when information about the problem is designated by the user through a user terminal, read one or more pieces of solution information about information about the problem from the database device, and for displaying it to the user terminal.
