PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide sheet used for various types of electronic equipment and a movable contact body using the same, capable of inexpensive and excellent illumination. SOLUTION: A plurality of light-transmitting upper conductive layers 12, reflecting layers 14, and lower conductive layers 15 are formed in an overlapped form at predetermined positions below a light-transmitting cover sheet 11 in a film shape, and reversible particles 13 of which upper and lower faces are reversed into a bright color or a dark color are dispersed into the reflecting layers 14, so that the upper and lower faces of the reversible particles 13 in the reflecting layers 14 can be reversed into the bright color or the dark color according to voltage polarity applied to the upper conductive layers 12 and the lower conductive layers 15, and then, the illumination of the plurality of display parts 7B can be carried out by reflecting light of light-emitting elements 22 incident from a cover sheet 11 end face by these reflecting layers 14. Thus, the light guide sheet 17 which enables inexpensive and excellent illumination without unevenness by a small number of the light-emitting elements such as about one or two and the movable contact body 20 using the light guide sheet can be obtained.
