<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio reception performance evaluation system for evaluating radio reception performance without variation by digitizing a reception state of a radio and quantitatively expressing it. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The radio reception performance evaluation system includes: a first audio data acquisition means for acquiring audio data to be evaluated together with time of day information from a radio receiver 4 to be evaluated which is mounted on a vehicle; a second audio data acquisition means for acquiring reference audio data together with time of day information from a reference radio receiver installed in the base; and audio data analysis means 33 to 37 which compare the audio data to be evaluated with the reference audio data on the basis of the time of day information by matching time series, take a difference of the audio data to be evaluated from the reference audio data, and obtain performance of the radio receiver to be evaluated.
