<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical traveling frame device having a simple structure and less number of components, compact and lightweight, capable of strongly connecting frame materials with good balance, obtaining sufficient strength, rigidity, and accuracy, easy to assemble and disassemble, easy to clean the inside of the frame device, easy to perform maintenance, easy to handle, user friendly, and capable of shortening the construction period and reducing the cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The frame material A is formed in a substantially grooved shape by a base plate part 1, an inclination plate part 2, and a rail mounting plate part 3. A connecting tool B is equipped with a connecting base body and right and left lock plates 20. Four inclination faces 19 that can each come in close contact with an inside surface of the inclination plate part 2 of the frame material A are formed in the connecting base body. Two inclination faces 23 that can each come in close contact with an outer surface of the inclination plate part 2 of the frame material A positioned in the vertical direction are formed in the lock plates 20. The inclination plate part 2 of the frame material A can be sandwiched and held by the inclination faces 19 of the connecting base body and the inclination faces 23 of the lock plate 20 by bolts 25.
