<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input handle device which enables anyone to easily and accurately perform the switching of an interlocking relationship with a drive control mechanism in a position close to a grip portion of an operation handle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This input handle device comprises: a fixing seat which is fixed to a side frame portion of a window frame; the operation handle which has a clutch button storage portion and the grip portion formed on the downside of a lock unit storage portion, and which has a barrel portion formed on the backside of the clutch button storage portion; a clutch cylinder which is fitted and fixed to the barrel portion of the operation handle, which has an expanding slot portion formed on a front-side portion, and which has a recess for connection of an input shaft to a drive control mechanism formed at a backside portion; a clutch button which is turned on a horizontal pivot of a front portion of the operation handle so as to engage/disengage a backside interlocking portion with/from the expanding slot portion of the clutch cylinder; a spring for urging the clutch button to a position to make the interlocking portion escape from the expanding slot portion; and a lock unit which connects a locking body for being engaged with/disengaged from a locking retainer portion of the operation handle to a back end of a rotor.
