<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyphenylene sulfide resin composition which is specifically excellent in both toughness (particularly tensile property and impact resistance in lower temperature) and rigidity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The polyphenylene sulfide resin composition comprises (a) 80-95 wt.% of a polyphenylene sulfide resin, (b) 1-20 wt.% of an epoxy group-containing olefin copolymer and (c) 1-20 wt.% of an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer obtained by copolymerizing ethylene and a 3-20C α-olefin, provided that the total amount of the components is considered to be 100 wt.%. The amount of chloroform extract of the polyphenylene sulfide resin (a) is 0.01-1 wt.% and the resin (a) has a sodium content of ≥300 ppm. Ž<P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT Ž
