<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuating operation structure for a vehicular seat, wherein a structure mounted with an operation member is operated to be actuated by applying operating force to the operation member in the direction of resetting the operation while improving the actuating the operability of the structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the operation structure, a seat body 1 (the structure) mounted with an operation lever 5 is operated to be stored into a storage position under a vehicle body ceiling C by applying operating force to the operation lever 5 (the operation member) in the direction of resetting the operation from the lay-down position. The operation construction for the operation lever 5 is provided with a resetting preventing mechanism for preventing the resetting operation of the operation lever 5. The storing operation of the seat body 1 is performed by applying operating force to the operation lever 5 which is held at a lay-down operation position, in the direction of resetting the operation.
