<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper diaper which is excellent in fitness while being used as both tape type and pants type. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When both sides of a front body section 12F and both sides of a rear body section 12B are respectively joined to each other, joints 12A are formed on both sides, a waist opening WO and a pair of right and left leg openings LO are formed, and perforation lines 100 each extending from an edge of the waist opening WO to an edge of a leg opening LO is formed in each side of the front body section 12F. A plurality of fastening tapes 90 have hook members 92 inside, and are constituted to be detachably locked to the outer surface of the diaper by hook members 92 and to be completely separated from the outer surface of the diaper by releasing the locking.
