<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device of high accuracy, which does not cause a gap between reference parts of a fixed side and an attachment side when exchanging a die. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a positioning device for exchanging a die, a support pole is set at a die set, a round bar for positioning the die is fixed to the support pole, a V-groove is formed in a part of a bucking plate on which die parts are fitted, and a fulcrum is formed by providing an inclined plane in a part of a wear plate on which the bucking plate is placed. A fixed bolt is tightened to position the V-groove and the round bar for positioning the die by the action of lever and the contact part is pressurized to position the die.
