PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FRP panel, which is lightweight and high strength and is excellent in recyclability, and an aero-container employing thereof. SOLUTION: The FRP panel 2 is made of a base layer and a skin layer provided on one side or on both the sides of the base layer under the condition that FRP has substantially no glass fiber, the base layer includes carbon fiber cloth made of carbon fiber, the skin layer includes synthetic fiber cloth made of synthetic fiber having degree of elongation at break, which is ≥5 times and ≤15 times as much as one of the carbon fiber, and having modulus in tension, which is not more than 1/20 of the carbon fiber.
