A dental charger is disclosed in which a power terminal unit is interposed between a rotating body and a cartridge member to supply power for rotating a needle member and a charging material to be supplied. The needle member is arranged at the front end of a charger body to supply heated charging material, and the charger body accommodates a battery therein. As the power terminal unit is interposed between the rotating body and the cartridge member, dental treatment can be performed in an easy manner without changing the posture of the charger body or the posture of an operator irrespective of the position of the tooth to be treated.
