<p>A roof window pivot sash hinge consists of two sub-assemblies fastened to the window units connected with this hinge. It has a plate (12) fastening the hinge to the window unit, for instance to the window sash frame (2), in at least one sub-assembly. The fastening plate has at least one oblique holder (13, 14) for a threaded fastener, advantageously a screw (3) situated diagonally to the main plane of the frame. The hinge fastening unit is characterized by an oblique position of fastening screws,which may directly mate holders of the hinge fastening plate, or through intermediary inserts.</p> |
