<p>A wavelength conversion laser light source is provided with a fundamental light source which emits fundamental light, a wavelength conversion element which has a nonlinear optical effect and converts the fundamental light into harmonic light with a different wavelength, a first light receiver which receives light in a specified polarization direction included in the fundamental light and converts the amount of the light into an electrical signal, a fundamental control unit which controls the amount or wavelength of the fundamental light on the basis of the electrical signal from the first light receiver, a second light receiver which receives the harmonic light outputted from the wavelength conversion element and converts the amount of the light into an electrical signal, a temperature holding unit which holds the temperature of the wavelength conversion element constant, a fundamental control unit which performs first control for controlling the amount of the fundamental light on the basis of the electrical signal from the second light receiver and second control for controlling the amount of the fundamental light on the basis of the electrical signal from the first light receiver, and a temperature control unit which performs third control for controlling the temperature held by the temperature holding unit on the basis of the electrical signal from the second light receiver.</p> |
