The invention relates to a chamber for washing the drain spout (1) provided with a valve (V) and with a connection endpiece (10) for connection to a pumping hose, that comprises a fixed member permanently mounted on the spout (1) between the valve (V) and the endpiece (10), and a mobile member (4) in the shape of a shell having an inner cavity (Cl) and adapted to be urged against and connected to the fixed member (3) so as to surround the endpiece (10), wherein said housing (2) is further provided with a liquid outlet duct. It is characterised in that the wall of the cavity is provided on the inside, substantially as an extension in the spout axis, with a protrusion that defines a diverting member (6) capable of radially diverting toward the outside a flow of washing or rinsing liquid exiting the spout (1) so that it is homogeneously distributed inside the shell, which increases the washing and rinsing efficiency. The invention can be used in the agro-food industry. |
