The turbocharged internal combustion engine has a cylinder head (1) with two cylinders. The cylinder has an outlet for discharging the exhaust gases from the cylinder. The exhaust pipes (4a,4b) are connected to each outlet, where a turbine (7a) is also provided. The exhaust pipes are joined at total exhaust line (6) by two cylinders by forming an integrated exhaust manifold (2) within the cylinder head.
