PURPOSE: A simulation system of measuring possibility of employment is provided to compare a condition of a job applicant with a pick-out condition of a company for which the applicant wants to work, thereby simulating possibility of employment of the applicant. CONSTITUTION: An evaluation index calculating module(120) quantifies evaluation item information of a job applicant. The evaluation index calculating module calculates an evaluation score of the job applicant. An employment ability judgment module(150) judges an employment preparation item of the job applicant.
