PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for searching a manual in an image display device are provided to search a manual of a category that a user intends to search. CONSTITUTION: A memory unit(120) stores at least one representative image a keyword corresponding to the representative image according to a category of a manual. A manual calling command receiving unit receives a manual display command of the image display device. A controller(105) receives the manual display command from the manual calling command receiving unit, and reads out and displays the stored representative image and keyword according to the command. |
