PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for radiating heat in image display device are provided to reduce the generation of heat of the image display device. CONSTITUTION: The image signal sensing part(112) senses the video input. The noise level measurement part(113) measures the noise level of the detected signal. The storage stores the standard value according to the level. The comparison unit compares the noise level value and the standard value. According to the comparison result of the comparison unit, the noise level compensation(116) recompenses the noise level included in the input image. |
