IONIZATION APPARATUS USING ELECTRIC IONIZATION

PURPOSE: An ionization apparatus using an electric ionization is provided to control the amount of an ion easily by controlling the cycle of discharge pulse and the size of the pin hole of socket. CONSTITUTION: Both ends of a chamber(110) is opened. The chamber has a discharge space. An exhaust vent is formed in the side of the chamber in order to discharge a carrier gas or a drift gas. A socket(120) is combined with one end of the chamber and is detachable. A pin hole is formed at the center of the socket. A first high voltage electrode(130) is arranged at a backend of the socket. A probe of the first high voltage electrode is exposed to a discharge space of the chamber. A second high voltage electrode(140) is arranged in the other end of the chamber in order to be opposite the first high voltage electrode.
