PURPOSE: An apparatus for transferring printed a circuit board is provided to prevent damage to the surface of a printed circuit board by reducing a contact area between the printed circuit board and a transferring roller. CONSTITUTION: A connection unit(B) is attached to the top leading edge part(A) of the printed circuit board(110) by an adhesive tape. A connection magnet or a magnetic material reacting to a magnetic force of a holder magnet(130). A conveying unit comprises a plurality of transferring rollers(120) for horizontally transferring the printed circuit board. The holder magnet is arranged on the printed circuit board. The holder magnet lifts the leading edge part of the printed circuit board by the magnetic force with the connection unit.
