PURPOSE: Piezoelectric ceramics are provided to use a environmentally-friendly material by mixing a free Pb material under the high pressure and having high pressure constant. CONSTITUTION: In a piezoelectric ceramics, a first powder is selected from Fe2O3, Al2O3, and Cr2O3 or Ga2O3. A second powder is selected from Ta2O5 or Nb2O5. A mixed powder is manufactured by grinding a first power, a second power, and TiO2 power. The first powder and the second powder and TiO2 powder are mixed by a molar ratio of 1:1:2. The first powder, the second powder, and TiO2 powder are ground into less than 1 um.
