<p>The appliance has radiant gas burners (4, 5) arranged on a side of cooking shafts (3), and comprising a vertical radiating surface (6) emitting infrared radiation adjacent to the shafts. A transversal cooking grill (7) occupies an upper opening of the shafts, and a bottom (8) constituted of a metallic plate, extends through the shafts and located below the radiating surface. The bottom comprises inclined reflecting zones (9, 10) turned towards the radiating surface and hemstitched lateral zones (12, 13) formed between the radiating surface and the reflecting zones.</p> |
