PURPOSE: A packing method using a fixed sheet is provided to have excellent durability on local load due to a large truck and prevent gravel and rubble from being swept as time goes by. CONSTITUTION: A packing method using a fixed sheet comprises following steps. A fixed sheet(10) forms a plurality of unit spaces(130) which is vertically opened in case of spreading by attaching adjacent unit sheets at fixed intervals. The fixed sheet is spread from side to side and is mounted on a road surface to form a plurality of unit spaces. The fixing sheet placed on the road surface is fixed on the road surface using a fixing pin(70). The unit space of the fixed sheet is filled with filler.
