TIE CABLE MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a tie cable is provided to improve manufacturing efficiency by implementing a coating process after surrounding an end of a PC steel wire cable bundle with a tape. CONSTITUTION: A PC steel wire cable bundle(2) is comprised of a plurality of PC steel wires. A fitting anchor mounting end unit of the PC steel wire cable bundle is wound with a tape(6). A resin coating layer(8) is formed on the PC steel cable bundle by a compression coating machine. The fitting anchor mounting end of the PC steel wire cable bundle is exposed by removing the tape. The fitting anchor is mounted on the exposed end of the PC steel wire cable bundle.
