PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for automating distribution, installation and management of a common module are provided to automatically distribute and install the common module, thereby stably and efficiently using and managing common resources by developers. CONSTITUTION: An installation tool providing unit(113) provides an installation tool. When a developer terminal requests download of the common module, an update unit(116) transmits the common module and the installation tool to the developer terminal. When the common module in which the terminal is installed does not the latest version, the update unit updates the installed common module by the latest version.
