PURPOSE: A pallet for freight loading and a box for packing freight are provided to prevent the freight from falling and sliding after loading the big freight by combining a steel beam with a timber square bar having a U - shaped cross section. CONSTITUTION: A pallet for freight loading comprises the following: a first beam(10) arranged in a direction which is the same with the direction of a pork of a forklift truck and made with metal having a U-shaped cross section; a first square bar(20) combined and inserted into the first beam and made with timber; a second beam(30) faced with the first beam and made with the metal; and a second square bar(40) combined to the second beam, and made with the timber.
