The device has a light source having a bulb with a filament fixed on a support case, and a projector lens (101) maintained on a lens holder (100) by molding the holder on the lens, where the lens is a reflector of the device. An adjusting part cooperates with the lens holder for pivoting the lens holder along an adjusting axis (106) of the device, where the axis is a horizontal axis passing via the filament of the source. The adjusting part is an endless screw type adjusting screw extending vertically, where the source, the lens, the holder and the part are integrated in the case.
