<p>The method involves providing a one-piece film (3) e.g. artificial leather film, thermoplastic olefin film, PVC film, spray film, casting film or foam film, which has a closed fold with a material thickening. The film is provided with a projection in a region of the fold on a side, which is turned away from a layer side of a decorative surface (2). The projection is sewn up with a seam (4) such that the fold is constricted and the material thickening partially lies on the side of the seam. Sealed decorative seams (5, 5') are placed adjacent to the fold. An independent claim is also included for a decorative surface comprising a one-piece film.</p> |
