PURPOSE: A radial rotary dryer is provided to improve the dry efficiency by using a radial rotary dry drum which has a small diameter and a short length. CONSTITUTION: A radial rotary dryer is composed of an inner drum(202), an outer drum, radial plates(203), lift plates(204), a separation plate(205), a drum inlet plate(210), and a drum outlet plate(211). Multiple radial spaces are formed for drying an object. The object put into an inlet(230) of the inner drum is dried through the radial spaces when a drum is rotated. The dried object is discharged through an outlet(231) of the inner drum.
